At Le Carnotzet, immerse yourself in the typically Swiss atmosphere of a relaxed and welcoming place. We offer a warm experience, ideal for spending a pleasant moment with friends or family. Enjoy regional classics such as fondues and raclettes from the Pomy cheese dairy, as well as the traditional papet vaudois, a favourite among lovers of local cuisine.
To accompany these delicious dishes, Le Carnotzet offers a selection of local wines that enhance the flavours of each plate. This simple yet cosy setting invites you to a convivial culinary experience, perfect for a relaxed meal. Open Tuesday to Saturday in the evening.

Our opening hours vary with the seasons:
- Spring – Summer (March to September): open every day, except Sunday evening.
- Autumn – Winter (October to February): open from Tuesday to Saturday.
Autumn – Winter: Sundays and Mondays closed. However, we continue to host our brunches (every last Sunday of the month), seminar meals or private events by reservation.
