Downhill skiing in Les Rasses

Overlooking the winter sea of fog, the resort of Les Rasses has a tourist tradition that goes back more than a century. The ski area (1150 to 1606 m) has 9 facilities ideal for learning to ski in complete safety. Les Rasses and L'Auberson are an Eldorado for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing (more than 100 km of trails) with an exceptional view of the Alps and Mont Blanc. In the summer, hikers and cyclists get their energy from the pure air of the Jura.

Sainte-Croix/Les Rasses is a cross-country skiing paradise with panoramic views. The Franco-Swiss domain, with more than 100 km of marked trails, is known for its wild landscapes through the forests and sunny plateaus of the Jura.

With a panoramic view of the Alps, the Centre Nordique des Rasses runs cover 65km, in two styles. For a unique night skiing experience, the Les-Rasses - Les Cluds loop is lit until 10pm every evening. Dogs are welcome on an 8km run. The "Caravane" fun park, near Mauborget, offers fun for the youngest.

The slopes of the Centre Nordique de L'Auberson (25km) and the Mont des Cerfs (10km) are known for their sumptuous Nordic scenery. Between forests, sunny plateaus, pastures and a nature reserve, the discovery of this wild Nordic area will leave an unforgettable memory for cross-country skiers.

From L'Auberson, it is possible to reach the Centre Nordique des Fourgs, in neighbouring France, as well as the Centre Nordique de la Côte-aux-Fées, in the Canton of Neuchâtel. The Mont des Cerfs trail links the Col des Etroits (Sainte-Croix) to L'Auberson.

The car parks at the Les Rasses ski lifts are reserved for downhill and cross-country skiers.
